Celebrating our diamond anniversary in 2004, Xaloy has a rich history of innovation and expansion to meet customer needs. Among them:
- Four newly patented screw designs for improved melt quality and output (2003–2006).
- A world-class manufacturing system modeled on Toyota’s (Continuous improvement since 1996).
- The first tungsten carbide barrels, to withstand extreme wear environments (1971).
- The first pressure-resistant injection molding barrel (1963).
- The first bimetallic barrel for plastics (1938).
