Welcome to our Repair Department
Xaloy Extrusion maintains a complete repair facility to service and repair equipment. When equipment is returned for repair, you will receive a failure analysis along with a quotation for the repair and estimated completion time. We proceed only upon your approval. Xaloy Extrusion’s turn-around for repairs sets the industry standard. Call our Service Department at 1-800-457-7550 to notify us of your product repair and receive a return authorization number for your product to be handled in an expeditious manner.
How to Return an Item for Repair
Prior to returning any equipment to Xaloy Extrusion, you need to be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number is assigned by Xaloy’s Customer Service personnel and may be requested by calling the Xaloy site in your global region. Telephone numbers are listed below.
The RMA number must be shown on the package of any item returned to Xaloy for any reason.

Programs for Repairs & Services
Routine maintenance is essential to performance and equipment life expectancy. Equipment can be returned to Xaloy Extrusion for a full evaluation and inspection. Xaloy Extrusion will provide evaluation results with recommendations to maximize product performance. Contact our Service Department at 1-800-457-7550 for further information.
Screen Changers — Xaloy Extrusion can evaluate your Dynisco, Extek or Beringer screen changer while in your shop or ours. We can have a service person assist you in determining what work should be done on your screen changer to bring it back to original specifications and current safety requirements. Repairs can be made in your shop or the unit may be sent to our facility.
Melt Pump Cleaning & Service — Send us your melt pump and our in-house experts will disassemble, clean, and evaluate it.
Pelletizers & Jet Cleaners — Pelletizer operations vary significantly from plant to plant. They can be optimized to improve output and reduce operating costs. They are best serviced at regular intervals in your facility while operating with your polymers and conditions. Jet Cleaners, although built to last, do require periodic maintenance. Our service people can do the job in your plant and train your people at the same time. A Pelletizer or Jet Cleaner evaluation can be arranged free of charge if our service person is in your area on other business. Alternatively, our service people are available on a time and materials basis. Give us a call!
